Philip J. David, MBA

Philip David has been a Certified Exchange Specialist since 2001. He is a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators www.1031.org . Philip also speaks for Tenant in Common (TIC) seminars sponsored by ClearView Wealth Management Group www.clearviewgroup.com .

Philip is a retired Colonel of the United States Army. His education includes a Master of Business Administration, Syracuse University; a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies, United States Naval War College; a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, University of San Francisco; and his Professional Educator Certification. Philip is also a certified real estate clock hour instructor.

Philip was the founding Principal at Holy Family School in Gig Harbor, Washington. His career in the United States Army includes Chief Financial Officer, Fort Lewis, Washington; Deputy Financial Manager for Department of Defense's Special Operations Organization; and Commander of Army Activities in Garmisch, Germany.

Philip is affiliated with the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, Tacoma Zoo Society, Association of the United States Army, French cultural organizations Ligue Henri IV and La Gauloise, and Elks Tacoma Lodge No. 174.

Philip is married with two children. He is an avid runner and cyclist. Philip is also fluent in German.

Andrea Weymiller

Andrea is a native of the Tacoma area. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, cum laude, from Eastern Washington University, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Urban Planning and Development. Andrea is also a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators.

Andrea's background is in sales and marketing with a strong history of title and escrow sales. She is inspired by her relationships with her clients, and she loves to network and develop strong working relationships and friendships with people.

Andrea is married with three children. She is an avid snow-skier, runner, and cyclist.

Phil and Andrea joined forces in 2005 to expand Benash Real Property Exchanges. They believe that their combined knowledge and experience will achieve remarkable results for all of their clients. 


Tom Foster, Esq.

Tom is a 13-year veteran of the Exchange Industry. Tom Foster brings a broad palette of experience to our operation. A licensed attorney and real estate broker with over 20 years of experience in real estate investment. Tom has a great ability to maximize the results for our clients in the exchange process. 

Tom specializes in simultaneous, delayed, construction, and reverse exchanges. He also provides same day exchange documents for his clients.

Tom is a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators www.1031.org . He is also an active member of Rotary International, the UCLA Alumni Association, and an avid diver and shell collector.
