Philip David, Principal, Certified Exchange Specialist

Philip David has been facilitating exchanges since 2001. He is a Certified Exchange Specialist and a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators www.1031.org .
Philip is a retired Colonel of the United States Army. His education includes a Masters of Business Administration, Syracuse University; a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies, United States Naval War College; a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, University of San Francisco; and his Professional Educator Certification. Philip is also a certified real estate clock hour instructor.
Philip was the founding Principal at Holy Family School in Gig Harbor, Washington. His career in the United States Army includes Chief Financial Officer, Fort Lewis, Washington; Deputy Financial Manager for Department of Defense's Special Operations Organization; and Commander of Army Activities in Garmisch, Germany.
Philip is affiliated with the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, Association of the United States Army, French cultural organizations Ligue Henri IV and La Gauloise, Tacoma Zoo Society, and Elks Tacoma Lodge No. 174.
Philip is married with two children. He is an avid runner and cyclist. Philip is also fluent in the German language.
Andrea Weymiller, Principal

Tom Foster, Attorney at Law

Andrea Weymiller is a native of the Tacoma area. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, cum laude, from Eastern Washington University, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Urban Planning and Development. Andrea is also a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators www.1031.org .
Andrea's background is in sales and marketing with a strong history of title and escrow sales. She is inspired by her relationships with her clients, and she loves to network and develop strong working relationships with people.
Andrea is married with three children. She is an avid snow skier and cyclist.
Tom Foster is the President of Coast 1031 Exchange, Inc. Tom is a licensed California Attorney and Real Estate Broker with 17 years experience working in the 1031 Exchange Industry and 27 years involvement with the real estate investment industry. Tom will help us break down this complex topic and explain how real estate investors can take advantage of this tax strategy to build equity and increase passive income.
Tom is a Santa Cruz native and immediate past president of the Rotary Club of Santa Cruz. Tom graduated from Santa Cruz High School. Tom went to UCLA for his undergraduate degree, and Peninsula University College of Law for his J.D. Tom is a member of Phi Kappa Psi – California Epsilon Chapter, UCLA. In his spare time, Tom enjoys practicing and performing Improv, skiing in winter, and scuba and underwater exploring.
